CONDITIONS OF SALE
The New Zealand Stock & Station Agent’s Association Conditions of Sale and, to the extent deemed relevant by PGG
Wrightson Limited (PGW), PGW’s Terms of Sale apply to this sale. When proceeds are credited or a purchase is debited to
a PGW monthly credit account, then PGW’s Monthly Account Terms of Trade (as amended from time to time) apply to the
extent deemed relevant by PGW. These terms can be inspected at the registration desk and on the wall in the auction room.

PURCHASING REBATE COMMISSION
All intending purchasers must register at the sales office prior to the sale.
PGW will pay a purchasing rebate of 6% of the purchase price excluding GST, plus GST, to livestock companies & recognised
independent livestock agents with a PGW account who have introduced buyers to PGW before the sale and/or accompanied
buyers to the sale.

TRANSFER MINIMUM PRICE AND SEMEN RIGHTS
A minimum Transfer price of $10,000 shall apply to any bull purchased for Stud duties.
Stern retains all export semen rights and the right to use semen from all bulls offered except where otherwise advised. The
cost of collecting semen shall be to the vendors account.
FERTILITY
All bulls entered in this catalogue carry a fertility guarantee. Should any bull prove infertile, excluding as a result of injury, the
purchaser shall notify the vendor within twelve months. A vet certificate shall be produced if required. The vendor will refund
the purchase price by way of a credit against a replacement bull. Any dispute will be settled by the auctioneer.
GRAZING

The Vendor by arrangement will graze bulls purchased at the sale free of charge for a period of one month. Thereafter
transport costs to the purchaser’s property will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
BRUCELLOSIS AND T.B.
The Stern Herd is accredited Brucellosis and T.B. free. South Canterbury is a T.B. free area.

- All bulls are tested free or are Pedigree free of CA, AM, NH and DD.
