FOREWORD

Welcome to the annual Nethertown Angus Bull
Sale. As those who have attended the last two
years sales will be aware the sale is held at a new
location of 6402 Hyde-Middlemarch Road.
The Nethertown farm was sold two years ago,
however the Angus Stud remains. The aim of the
Nethertown Stud has not changed greatly over
three generations. Breeding females that can
handle the extremes of mother nature, calving
ease, good milking, temperament, constitution
and longevity all remain a strong focus, while
bringing in new genetics to enhance carcass
and growth traits.
Sale day is a bit later this year due to Queens
Birthday falling where it has, look forward to
seeing you on sale day, Tuesday June 8th.

Every effort will be taken by the Vendors, PGG Wrightson, their
staff and assistants, both on the sale day as well as any visits of
inspection to ensure the safety of intending buyers and visitors.
We wish however to advise that while this sale is run under
normal management conditions, certain dangers exist in relation
to livestock and their environment. Visitors should take care to
ensure their personal safety. Please no children are allowed in
the viewing pens.
