CONDITIONS OF SALE

The New Zealand Stock & Station Agent’s Association
Conditions of Sale and, to the extent deemed relevant by
PGG Wrightson Limited (PGW), PGW’s Terms of Sale apply
to this sale. When proceeds are credited or a purchase
is debited to a PGW monthly credit account, then PGW’s
Monthly Account Terms of Trade (as amended from time to
time) apply to the extent deemed relevant by PGW. These
terms can be inspected at the registration desk and on the
wall in the auction room. The current versions of PGW’s
Terms of Sale and Monthly Account Terms of Trade are also

Terms-and-Conditions or in hardcopy on request.
ACCURACY

All care has been taken to ensure this catalogue has been
compiled accurately. Brookwood Angus takes no responsibility
for any errors or omissions.

REBATE COMMISSION
All intended purchasers are required to register at the
registration desk prior to the sale starting. A purchasing
rebate of 6% will then be paid to non-participating livestock
companies and recognised independent livestock agents with
approved credit facilities introducing and/or accompanying
buyers to the sale. Arrangements must be made prior to the
sale and settlement made on the purchaser’s behalf within
14 days.
GUARANTEE
All cattle are guaranteed for structural soundness and
fertility (other than by accident, illness or disease) for a
period of three years from date of purchase.
This guarantee is backed by a fertility check completed by
Totally Vets, Feilding. All bulls have passed a full semen test
on scrotal size/palpitation, mortality and morphology, using
the electronic probe. Sperm has been collected and viewed
under microscope on site on 30th April 2021.
Refunds will be paid on the purchase price, deducted by one
third for each year after the sale, taking into account possible
killing revenue. The purchaser shall provide a vet certificate,
to prove that infertility or structural unsoundness is not the
result of injury or incident post sale.
Brookwood must be notified and the Guarantee procedures
discussed prior to the bull being disposed of unless for
humane reasons.
