Conditions Of Sale
The Sale will be conducted under the usual terms and conditions as set down by the
N.Z. Stock and Station Agents Associations.
TB, BVD & EBL
All Bulls have been BVD vaccinated and tested clear
for BVD/EBL.
The Herd TB Status is Clear C10 - Tested 27.04.18
PEDIGREE REGISTERED
All animals are registered with Australian Limousin Breeders’ Society and are
transferable on request by the purchaser.
INSURANCE
Transit insurance and livestock insurance can be arranged with the auctioneers who
recommend these insurances to all purchases.
TRANSPORT
Transport arrangements may be made with the auctioneers at the Sale.
FALL OF HAMMER
At the fall of the hammer all purchases become the responsibility of the buyer.
PURCHASING REBATE
All intending purchasers are required to register at the sales office prior to the sale. A
purchasing rebate of 5% will then be paid to non-participating livestock companies and
recognised independent livestock agents with approved credit facilities introducing new
and/or accompanying buyers to the sale.
Arrangements must be made prior to the sale and settlement made on the purchaser’s
behalf within 14 days.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!

All animals are sold exclusive of the Goods and Services Act (G.S.T.).
ERRORS & OMISSIONS
No responsibility will be taken for errors or omissions in compiling
this catalogue.
