Conditions of Sale
1. The sale will be conducted under the Terms and
Conditions of the NZ Stock and Station Agents Association.
2. FERTILITY: The fertility of a bull in this catalogue constitutes
a guarantee by the vendor that the purchase price, without
interest, expenses, costs or damages, shall be refunded if
a bull proves infertile. Any dispute shall be settled by an
arbitrator appointed by the auctioneers. Any complaint
must be lodged with the auctioneers in writing within six
months of the date of sale. A veterinary certificate shall be
produced by the purchaser if required. All females can be
revetted at the purchaser’s expense if unsure that they are
in calf no later than 3 weeks after arrival at the purchaser’s
farm.
3. Transfers will be available on stud animals.
4. Every lot will be at the risk of the purchaser at the fall of the
hammer.
5. NZ Farmers Livestock will arrange insurance if required.
6. Purchaser: you are required to leave your trading name,
full address, delivery instructions and NAIT number of the
property the animal will be delivered to.
7. This catalogue has been compiled by the vendor with
all care taken to ensure accuracy. No responsibility is
accepted for error or omission.
8. All lots are sold exclusive of GST.
9. OSH: You enter the property and facilities at your own risk.
10. Terms are cash or cheque, a current account with NZ
Farmers Livestock, or a letter of authority to charge back
to outside companies. Rebates will be paid to outside
companies attending this sale.
